Here are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.
 
Is my automobile insured?
YES- Each carrier that we use is on file with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association in Washington DC. Proof of cargo insurance is required.  
 
Is this door to door service?
Large car carriers are designed for truck routes. If your address has trees or limited parking you may have to meet truck at a nearby shopping center or large parking lot.
 
How do I pay?
The deposit is payable by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express). The balance is COD payable by cash or cashier's check to the driver at time of delivery at the destination location.
 
Is my transit time quaranteed?
Transit times are averages based on various factors relating to traffic lanes, equipment availability and weather conditions. We are able to provide status and ETA information update during the shipping process online.
 
Can I pack personal belongings in my vehicle?
NO- We recommend you do not leave any personal belongings in your vehicle. Vehicles are insured, but personal belongings are not. Any items left inside your vehicle are done so at your risk. Also, any items left in vehicle are subject to a weight charge.
